- How do I find an NFT collection address?
- Paste the collection page URL from Magic Eden, Tensor, OpenSea or LaunchMyNFT into the tool above. It reads the collection identifier from the marketplace, then confirms the address on-chain before showing it, so you never copy a marketplace-internal id by mistake.
- What is a collection address?
- On Solana, a collection address is the mint address of the collection NFT that every item in the collection points to. It is what token gates, allowlists and candy machines use to check whether a wallet holds an item from that collection.
- Why is the collection address different from the NFT address?
- Each NFT has its own mint address, while the collection address identifies the group they belong to. If you paste a single NFT, this tool detects that and resolves it up to its parent collection for you.
- Does this work for compressed NFTs and MPL Core?
- Yes. The tool reports whether a collection holds standard Token Metadata NFTs, compressed NFTs (cNFTs) or MPL Core assets, because each one needs a different kind of holder gate.
- Does it support Ethereum?
- Yes. Switch the tool to Ethereum and paste a contract address or an OpenSea link, and it returns the contract, its token standard (ERC-721 or ERC-1155), total supply and OpenSea floor. The whole page recolours so it is always obvious which chain you are looking at.
- What is the difference between a Solana collection address and an Ethereum contract address?
- On Solana a collection is identified by the mint address of its collection NFT, and each item points at it. On Ethereum the collection IS the contract, so one contract address covers every token it has minted. The tool asks for whichever one applies to the chain you have selected.
